Mrs Loveday - Assistant Headteacher
Hi Year 7,
I am really looking forward to welcoming you to Noadswood. It's been a pretty tough Summer term for you all and I want you to know that myself and the pastoral team will be doing all we can to support you as you join us.
I've been at Noadswood for just a year so really remember how nerve racking it can be starting somewhere new. My job is to oversee all of the pastoral support, behaviour and safeguarding in the school. I really encourage you to talk to your tutor and house leaders about anything at all and of course, pop by my office if there is anything you need or want to talk about.
When I am not working, I enjoy running, going to the cinema as much as I can and spending time with my family and our sausage dog, Arthur.
Mrs Rollet - Research and Pedagogy Lead
Hello, My name is Mrs Rollett and I have been a teacher at Noadswood for 12 years. I am a history teacher and part of my role within school has been to work with our superb local juniors. This has seen me work with years 3-6 in building a book in a day, arranging STEAM, rotten Romans, viscous Vikings and much more! I’m very lucky to live in the local area and I have 3 children. My step daughter is in year 9, my step son is in year 7 and my son is about to start infant school himself.
I completely understand how anxious the thought of moving school can be, particularly in these difficult times. I feel incredibly lucky to work at Noadswood and know first hand what a fantastic school team we have. The pastoral team in particular are superb and will help you settle brilliantly into the next chapter of your school journey.
We really can’t wait to welcome you all to the Noadswood family. If you have any questions or queries, no matter how small please do get in touch.
