Prom - Update (Action Required) 14/07/2021

Dear Students and Parents / Carers,

We're so excited to celebrate the Class of 2021 Prom, taking place on Wednesday 21st July 2021. Parents and Carers should arrive no earlier than 6pm - you will be directed to park in the main Beaulieu visitors car park before making your way on foot to the viewing area. As students arrive their vehicles will be held in car park 2 and the procession will commence at 6.30pm.

Dinner will be served when all guests have arrived and are seated - this will be a two-course meal of mountain burgers and skinny fries followed by chocolate brownie with caramel sauce and honeycomb ice-cream.

At the end of the event we ask that all students are collected from the main area between 10.30pm - 10.45pm.

ACTION REQUIRED

We now need to gather any dietary or allergy requirements / information as well as vehicle details and seating arrangements. Please use the online form below to give us this information.

*Tables are in groups of up to 8 - the form will ask you to identify the names of students you wish to sit with. Please note: we will do our very best to seat you as requested, but numbers within friendship groups may require some amendments.

Please complete this form (click here) by Friday evening (16/07/2021) - we will be unable to make changes after this date as the venue require this by the timeframe stated.

Form

Covid

In line with remaining Covid guidelines, track and trace at the venue will be in place for this event. We will expect all students attending our prom to adhere to this guidance, which will include informing us if any student develops any symptoms prior to the event and that any confirmed cases of Covid for Year 11 students are reported to the school until the end of July 2021. Due to the nature of the event all attendees at the prom will form one bubble. We therefore ask that you continue to regularly check our social media pages and ePraise for updates.

You will be expected to perform a lateral flow test before arriving to the event - if you require a lateral flow kit, please come to Noadswood car park (by the science exit) between 3.20pm and 3.40pm on Monday 19th July 2021.

We can't wait to see you on Wednesday,

KMr
