Volunteer Minibus Driver
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Role We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Volunteer Minibus Drivers to join our team. As a volunteer driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our students reach their destinations safely and on time. Destinations for Educational day trips would be local as would sporting fixtures to other schools within Hampshire. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 16-seater minibus. Provide friendly and professional service to all staff and students. Follow designated routes and schedules. Perform basic vehicle checks before and after each trip. Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle interior. Requirements Clean Valid driving licence (which includes D1 category) DBS check will be required (the school can apply for this on your behalf) Current MIDAS certificate holder (however, MIDAS training can be provided) Comfortable driving a minibus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and patient attitude. Able to commit to either daytime or late afternoon/early evening Benefits Be part of a supportive and passionate team.
