Pupils mark 150 years of the Periodic Table

17 June, 2019

2019 marks 150 years since the creation of the Periodic Table by Dmitri Mendeleev. To celebrate there is a national science competition where students have to make a project explaining which element they believe is the most important. They could have done the project in any way and decided to make a video explaining that hydrogen is the most important element. They have spent hours filming and editing the video and they should be extremely proud of their efforts. The prize is £1000 for the school and their project will be displayed with other winners. Best of luck to them! – Mr Chilton.
